Yes, our business is very much ethical and legal and we are not a money rotation/ Ponzi Scheme / Pyramid scheme / Chit Fund / or Investment Company. We do not offer you Easy Money/Get Rich Quick Schemes. We offer you non- refundable holiday packages which are very cost effective and great value for money. The packages/products that you buy from us are for your personal usage and there is no investment or expectation of any kind of returns from your purchase.
We also offer you an optional/complimentary Business Opportunity as a Direct Seller for the company. To become a VISIONROOTS direct seller, you are not required to pay any entry / registration / enrolment / membership fee, cost of sales demonstration equipment and materials or any other fees. To receive income from this business opportunity, first you need to enroll as a direct seller of the company by completing the necessary requirements. Your sponsor will guide you and assist you in the process to become a Direct Seller of VISIONROOTS.

VISIONROOTS uses the method of direct selling to save on marketing, distribution, logistics and advertising costs that make products expensive for the end user. This saved amount is shared with our direct sellers who want to work as entrepreneurs. We procure products directly from manufacturers and that gives us an opportunity to make them cost effective while retaining the quality.
Earnings for Direct Sellers depend entirely on the sales that they and their team members generate. This is not a salaried job / employment for VISIONROOTS Direct sellers. In case you and/or your team members are unable to sell our packages you will not earn any income from us. Company does not authorize its associates to pressurize any person to Purchase/Sell our Holiday Packages. It is one's own choice (Whether he/she wants to purchase or sell the package). Our Sales and Compensation Plan clearly shows how VISIONROOTS shares earnings with direct sellers.

In the next phase we will be launching our e-Mart. VISIONROOTS' e-Mart will add another stream of income for our Direct Sellers in the form of commission when the products are purchased by anyone using your sponsor ID. The commissions on each product may vary and will be mentioned for every product on our e-Mart. Some of the products we plan to introduce in future are Mobiles and mobile accessories, Apparel, Tyres and some other useful household products.
A person must be sponsored into the VISIONROOTS business by an active VISIONROOTS Direct seller. During Sign Up process you will be able to proceed only if you enter your sponsor's ID. The sponsoring Direct Seller is responsible for teaching the new Direct Seller about the VISIONROOTS business. Our endeavor will be to assist you and your sponsor in growth of your business and personal development through useful material in our Knowledge Centre.
There are no charges/fees to enroll as a Direct Seller of VISIONROOTS. However, once you have purchased at least one of our Holiday package for your personal use, you become eligible for business opportunity/commissions/incentives only if you wish to build your independent business by sharing, recommending and selling our products to people known to you. No. VISIONROOTS Direct Sellers are independent business unit and not employees of the company.
To become a VISIONROOTS Direct Seller, an individual must sign an agreement to abide by VISIONROOTS' Rules and Ethics of Business. Every year, you voluntarily renew that promise when you renew your VISIONROOTS business. Our Rules promote ethical direct selling principles and provide practical procedures for all Direct Sellers to observe in operating their VISIONROOTS business. The Rules of Business, which are largely in accordance with local, legal requirements, endorse certain business practices to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and to preserve harmony among Direct Sellers. VISIONROOTS has the right to enforce these Rules through its contract with its Direct Sellers - up to and including terminating that agreement.
Like any small business, it takes hard work to succeed in the VISIONROOTS business, and that requires time and commitment, especially in the beginning. VISIONROOTS business does offer flexibility for our Direct Sellers in running their business. Unlike most conventional jobs, VISIONROOTS Direct Sellers can work at home, when they want, on their own schedule, at their own pace, to accomplish the goals they have set for themselves. The choice of when, where and how much time to devote to your VISIONROOTS business is yours alone. This flexibility is one important reason why the opportunity appeals to so many people.
No. We are a referral model. Your ID can be created only through an existing VISIONROOTS Direct Seller who will sponsor you. During Sign Up process you will be able to proceed only if you enter your sponsor's ID.
Bank Transfers are processed on a weekly basis. Every Friday 11.59pm IST is a cut off. It generally takes 3-4 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account from the cut off date. E.g. Let's assume today is Tuesday. If you punch a payout request today from your wallet, it will go in processing only on Friday 11.59pm. As it takes 3-4 working days, you shall receive the payment by the following Tuesday or latest by Wednesday.

1. You can request for a Payout to your bank account (Please ensure that you have correct Bank details in your Profile on VISIONROOTS' website and they match your Profile Name mentioned.
In case of a joint account you have to be the First Applicant in the Joint Account).
2. You can use your money directly to buy Holiday Packages from our VISIONROOTS website and/or products available on VISIONROOTS e-Mart.

If you have updated your Bank Details once then to change it or correct it you will have to send us a written request of change details from your email ID you mentioned in your profile. One cannot keep on changing the Bank details as and when. Therefore please try to mention correct Bank details first time itself.
